To take care of your Femino period underwear, rinse by running it under cold water after use. Or give them a spin in the washing machine on cold (just no softener or bleach) in a delicate laundry bag. Hand wash & hang dry but do not iron.

How does the Femino period underwear work?
Our period underwear features four layers that ensure you always stay fresh, dry, and protected. The anti-odour top layer wicks away moisture from your skin; the inner-layer absorbs the liquid and locks it in; and the two leak-resistant outer layers keep any liquid from spotting your clothes.
How long can I wear my period underwear?
If the absorbency of our underwear is measured in tampons, it can hold up to 2 tampons' worth of fluid. For some, this means wearing them all day, while for others, it could mean carrying a spare pair (hence we always suggest buying a pair).
Do I need to wear the period cup with it?
Depending on the heaviness of your flow, you can wear our period underwear on their own or as backup protection along with a menstrual cup.
